hi folks,
I have a circle and its vertex on its circumference. Can somebody help me in drawing a line on the same plane in which the circle is, and is parallel to the circle's tangent line at that vertex (if drawn, as right now i dont have that tangent line too).

You might draw a radius line from the center of the circle and going through the vertex and out of the circle. Then you can draw a perpendicular line to this radius-line within the desired distance from the circle - it would be parallel to the tangent line going through the vertex. To make a line perpendicular to another go to 'constraints' and choose perpendicular tool.
