Help Please!!! Polyflow, deforming geometry.

Hi all, I have been reading lots of documentation on Polyflow and I am getting confused. I understand that there are mesh manipulation options in Polyflow, but what I really want to do is modify my geometry (and of course the mesh along with it). i.e. have a dynamic shape change to the actual boundaries within which the fluid is flowing (think of a pipe containing fluid which is "squeezed" at a certain point). I also want to be able to define exactly how the geometry change.

I know this is possible in Fluent but I am unsure about Polyflow.

Ultimately this will lead to FSI since the moving boundaries will change the flow.

Is this possible? Thanks in advance.
