Default Ansys Workbench - setting up batch processes

Hello everyone,

I'm having an issue with ANSYS Workbench right now. I haven't been working with the WB so far, I've been doing the simulations seperately - pre, solver, post.

To speed up the process, I want to use the WB to set up some processes, that run one after the other.
I'm doing the mesh and the pre outside of the WB, load them to the WB and want the solver run over night. After finishing the 1st, the 2nd starts and so on - one simulation after the other.

I suppose that should be pretty easy to set up, but as I'm totally new to the Workbench, I don't know where to start.

Could you please give me some hints how to deal with this issue.

Thanks a lot,
Erik

Hi guys,

even some hints on tutorials are appreciated.
I've checked them on the Ansys HP but couldn't find anything helpful.

You could try to look into the parameter capabilities workbench have.

Try the links:

http://ebookbrowse.com/fluent-overvi...pdf-d114598367

As far as I know, the process is the same for other simulation tools run from Workbench
