Obtaining results in specific points

Hello to everyone,

First of all, since I'm not a native speaker, I'd like to apologise for any mistake I make. Secondly, I have not found any thread related to my question, but if it exists please tell me. Here comes my question:

I have to make a study on mesh independence, and for that I have to monitor the results (any turbulent parameter) from specific points along the mesh, and see for which mesh sizing they stop varying.

Then, how can I establish these "check points"? Is it possible with ANSYS Mesher/Fluent?

Thanks in advance

If you have Ansys fluent probably you might have ICEM CFD. In there is a quality check function. It has lot of variations. Maybe you could find something similar in your programs.

In fluent under Surface tab Line/Rake option is there by which you can create the line anywhere in the domain. After running your case, under Results section you can analyze your result along this created line.
