IcePak Network Blocks

Hi All,

I have hopefully a very quick quesiton to answer.

In icepak, when you set up a simple two resistor network block, and after simulation to post process the "power and temperature value", does this give the junction temperature, or the case temperature?

Thanks

Hi Buddy,
Power and temperature values tab generally displays the Highest temperature on the component, in your case it is the Junction temperature.
You can verify the same using "network block temperatures" option under Report Tab.

thanks
