Dear All,

I use ANSYS in order to deliver electric field calculations to be used as input for Garfield++, a toolkit for gaseous radiation detectors simulation. I wrote a script which defines the geometry of the detector and solves the electric field. I get the nodal solution as .lis files. I just figured out that the orientation of the coordinate system in ANSYS does not match with the one in Garfiled++. I need to transform Z into Y axis and so on. I went through tutorials for rotation but did not find any command to add my script in order to rotate the nodes list. The other option is to rewrite the code but it is very complicated (thousands of lines of code).

Does anyone have an idea to help me?

Thanks a lot in advance.
