Is there any facility in ansys for comparison of perfomance of an aircraft wing at normal flying height and very near to the ground?

for simple analysis you just give boundary conditions, density method and operating pressure for particular altitude.

If you want to model ground effects, you have to include geometry for ground in your model. This is usually done for formula one simulation.
