side jet modeling for a missile: 1st order or 2nd order scheme

Hi every one

Today side jet is a novel way to guide missile's direction. I'm analyzing this topic by use of Fluent and I want to know that how much difference exist between the results of 1st order approximation modeling and 2nd order modeling.

if the amount of differences is low and negligible, I will able to consider 1st order modeling. (1st order modeling will take short time in comparison to 2nd order modeling)

can any body help?

best Regards'

1st order scheme will introduce significant error. It may more than 100% error in prediction
