Is it possible extract natural frequency from 2-way FSI analysis.??

Hi,
I have done a 2-way FSI analysis uisng Transient Structural and CFX in ANSYS WORKBENCH 14.0.Now i would like to extract the natural frequencies of vibration of the plate from this analysis..Is it necessary to do seperate modal analysis,,??or is there any way i can get the frequencies and modes from this FSI analysis itself..??

You would need to track displacements (e.g. use a monitor point for Total Mesh Displacement) and then use FFT to convert this data to the frequency domain. You might want to look at this example too (if you have access to the ANSYS portal):
