The workbench works fine, but when I run "ansys mechanical apdl", this error appears on the screen: "Ansys is not istalled" What's going wrong? I think that installation procedure was done correctly. Moreover, if I run "ansys mechanical APDL product launcher" another error appears: The ansysli_util file, which is required to determine which products are to be displayed in the license dropdown list, was not found or is not executable. Path: C:\ANSYS Inc\v121\ANSYS\..\..\shared files\licensing\winx64\ansysli_util.exe. This is a fatal error,existing Help me please, and sorry for my english
