What is ANSYS Workbench?

Can any CAE engineer or professional explain me what is ANSYS Workbench ? what is its application and role in the field of CAE, specially in CFD. I am a fresher Engineer interested to make career in CFD field, so wants to know weather learning FEA using ANSYS Workbench will be good for me or not?

ansys is a good software if you are interested in designing and modelling then you must learn it. I am also doing my project in cfd
