Fluid structure interaction

Hi guys,
I have a question regarding a project I am doing. Basically, I am trying to model a vascular graft attached to a vein (essentially a 3D bifurcation) and I want to investigate how changing the properties of the graft (in particular its modulus) will effect the fluid flow, ( 2-way- fluid structure interaction).

So, today I went to speak to a teaching assistant at my college and she basically said it is too complicated and they don't have the expertise to help me with it. But, I don't want to give up soo easily.... and I am willing to put the time in...I have about 3 months to do this. And I would really appreciate if someone can help me or guide me or tell me if thisreally is too complicated to do in the time I have. Or suggest tutorials which i should watch. At my college they have Ansys 14.5. and I am a beginner so that you know.

Any help or guidance will be greatly appreciated!!!!!
