Default Backing up ANSYS projects

Greetings! I'm rather new in ANSYS 16 and i was wondering about backing up my projects. Will copying a project file suffice? Are there any other files i should know about?

There's a good chance that this is a stupid question...just wanna make sure i don't lose everything!
