Dear Forum Members,

my aim is to retrieve the solution for the electric potential of a configuration from two copper plates with a dielectric sculpture inbetween. Potentials are applied to the copper plates. So far everything works.
Additionally I want to add a space charge to some faces of the dielectric sculpture. When doing this via the SFA command:
ASEL,S,,,13 !Selecting the Area for the charge
SFA, ALL,, CHRGS, Chargedensity ! applying the space charge

nothing happens and the solution is unchanged to the noncharged variant. Whats going wrong here?
If I use the BFA command:
ASEL,S,,,13
BFA, ALL, CHRGD, density
the solution is naively how I would expect it to be. But where is the difference between SFA and BFA? - are the units for the density different, whats the normalisation for SFA and BFA?

Thank you very much in advance!
Steffen
