Natural Convection Off a Hot 2D Plate

I am trying to calculate the convection coefficient off of a hot plate (simple 2D rectangular geometry).

I know I have to use a UDF for this, and that's OK.

I was wondering how to import temperature data for the plate. I have the temperature data in a .csv file. How can I input this temperature as a "boundary condition" in Fluent or CFX and then simulate steady state convection?

In CFX, I guess you could create a user function to input the coordinates and temperature values, then a CEL expression.. later in BC tab of the domain, input the Temperature as a CEL expression... I am sure once you search and view a couple of tutorials to create and use user functions you would probably figure this out..
