Question NACA 63-520M airfoil

Dear all,

I want to investigate the NACA 63-520M airfoil in Ansys Fluent (chord length = 5 cm). For this investigation I obviously need the coordinates of the airfoil, so I can import them into Ansys. Does anyone know, how to obtain these coordinates?
