pump Inlet/outlet conditions?
 

I am trying to determine a pumps performance at a given speed, but have been told I need to specify inlet or outlet flow condition??

What is the right way to determine the pump output without specifing what I am looking for out of the analysis??

am I missing something?

You can only get this from a performance graph from the manufacturer.
Even the manufacturer will have a high difficulty to predict this without actual lab testing of the prototype.
