Learn ANSYS ICEM CFD
 
Hi all there,
I'm an Aeronautical Engg and looking forward to learn the CFD tool.
Simply what is the best resourse (name it, any book, training center's website or other resources) to learn the ICEM CFD?

Actually I've started doing so by going through the tutorials given.
Then, I made a simple cylindrical fuselage model in CATIA V5, imported it into ICEM CFD via ANSYS WORKBENCH. Now problem here is, the ICEM CFD can't initialize the 'CART 3D' mesher. I've gone through the surface meshing as described in tutorials, but the thing results in a warning: 'ANSYS ICEM CFD did not created the mesh.'

What could be the problem...?

I'd be equally interested in resources as all I find at the tutorials, which aren't great. Do you have more than 1 instance of ICEM open at the time? opening ICEM separately when workbench is open creates a licence problem.

How are you sir my name is Khaled Ali Alfzzani from Libya .I am student in MSC in mechanical engineering now I prepare my thesis about savonius rotor but I had problem I drew savonius by solid works I made mesh and domain by Ansys but I cannot apply by Ansys fluent , but when
I optimistic because I found solve my problem , please can you help me I want to know how to make savonius Rotor by ansys 12.1 please send me procedure and steps the same as your scientific paper
