computational power for big modelling

Hello!
I'm doing an internship in a company and people would like that I do an aerolic study for an industrial building. I've already worked with fluent, but not so much... I would like to know (approximately) what kind of power (1 pc, 2... clusters?) I need to do it, knowing that it is a huge building of 30000mē (results don't have to be well accurate).
People spoke with me about CFX which I haven't used but seems to be easier to use in this kind of work. Is it right? With this software should I have the same computational power?

Thanks
JC
