Fluctuating Residual Plot

I was wondering if anybody could help me and shed some light on a residual plot I am getting. The residuals lines are not straight but are oscillating. I have attached a picture of the plot.
if you look at the plot, there is fluctuations above 1000 iterations. Is this normal? I am very curious! |
