HI!!
can somebody help me! which modules should i couple in ansys 12.1 to do 2-way FSI . i have done 1-way FSI using ansys 12.1 by coupling fluid flow(fluent) and static structural (ansys). my structure is simple centilever cylinder of aspect ratio 6. can some body help me in this regard.

You can use Transient structural + CFX in workbench 12.1.
