After I install ANSYS at my company, the user keep getting warning message says that
ďcanít find userís home. Could not save the configuration file! To avoid this message, define or check the environment variable HOMEDIR to local directory.

Send a message via ICQ to a.m.
may be it will be useful:

ANSYS 12.1 Help

"3.4.*Post-Installation Procedures

Set the home directory. To set a home directory in Windows, you need to set a HOMEDRIVE environment variable to the desired drive letter (including the colon) and a HOMEPATH environment variable to the desired path. For example:
HOMEDRIVE=C:
HOMEPATH=\Users\Mine"

you can find another Post-Installation Procedures. see help.

Good luck.
