Exporting fluent melting/solidification model results to ansys mechanical apdl

Default Exporting fluent melting/solidification model results to ansys mechanical apdl

Hello everyone
I am new to ansys so please forgive me if this sounds like a stupid question.
I am solving a continous casting type problem in fluent. In fluent i can allow the material to "flow" through the stationary grid because of the nature of the transport equations.
Now i want to do stress analysis in ansys mechanical apdl. however, i dont know if the stress equations can accomodate a material that is moving through the stationary mesh.
Can anyone please tell me what is the best way to do this?

iam working on solidification/melting problem using fluent software.the problem is basically tube and tube heat exchanger problem.inside tube water is entering with velocity 0.25 m/sec& 37.7 degree C ,and leaves the pipe with pressure outlet.and phase change material(pcm) is filled in the gap between inner and outer cylinder.the phase change material is stationary outer suraface of the cylinder is completly insulated. and lateral surfaces of the cavity space is also insulated.only water is entering at left face of the inner tube and leaves at right face.

melting?solidification temp is 27.7 degree centigrade.intially both water and pcm are at 26 degree centigrade.
boundary conditions
1)water


1) velocity inlet 0.25m/sec and 37.7 degree centigrade

2)for outlet is i took pressure outlet with 0 gauge pressure.

phase change material no boundary conditions
for phase change material the heat is transfered in the natural convection way
so i used boussing equation used in density variation.
mesh check is done correctly
but
when problem is iteration the residuals are up to some point decreasing and then maintaining constant. i tried changing the under relaxation parameters but till my problem is not converging.

i am also working on stress analysis as you in continuous casting. i am not able to export data from fluent to ansys. does i have to make new fea file (new geometry and meshing) for input fea file. will you please help me out if you have got the solution.
