error message during meshing

Hi,
Can anyone help me giving the following solution. I got the message in GAMBIT to make mesh "check the skewness of your face meshes and make sure the face mesh sizes are not too large in areas of small gaps."
How can I solve this problem.

have you already checked your cell skewness? (equi angle swew)
first check the 2d elements, than the 3d
therefore mark the "range" button at each time and let gambit show you the "worst element" if the skewness of 3d tetra elements is beyond 0,6 (for hexa elements beyond 0,7) your mesh has poor quality and needs to be refined for better quality.
in small gaps you cannot put only on cell in it...
