Difference between Multiphysics and Workbench?

What is the actual difference between Multiphysics and Workbench? As mentioned in ANSYS site that these are products of ANSYS suite. Are all of these part of a single package or Multiphysics is some specialized type of ANSYS package solely for a particular job? Does it include workbench?

I having been using ansys for just 6-7 months now and from what I can tell , the more specific you are about the final outcome of your analysis , the more you will use ansys APDL .Also , it offers you you the ability to code your simulation , thus reducing total workload and increasing efficiency and it offers you more control over the solution process too.

I dont know more about this but Workbench seems to offer you more control over your mesh as compared to APDL ( multi ).

Workbench is simply the interface to manage the projects. Workbench comes with the software.

Multiphysics is a particular suite of analyses for which one can have a license. Check out the capabilities in the first column of the Capabilities Chart at
