Default Ansys Helping about Element solid non linier to get Web crippling

I'm beginner in ANSYS v12. But I need solver about IWF Beam which the Beam get concentrated load on the "bearing plate".
I am draw the IWF beam in ANSYS use Solid Material with "Tet 10 node 187". And in material models, I use struktural linier Isotropic with Ex = 75e3 and PRXY = 0.3, with nonlinier elastic use multilinier elastic diagram.
And I use nonlinier solver about "Sol'n Control Solution". But after all when i use current LS, there ara problem like " (!) TB,MELA Plasticity option is not currently supported by Element type 187 (Element 1 and material 1)". And I hope you can give me the best solver about the element, and other problem solfer for it. Thank you..
