I want to determinate the drag coefficient of a submarine with AnsysV12
Is it possible?

I use Fluent which is a part of AnsysV13.You can use this software. It's placed in CFD part of Ansys.I think AnsysV12 had the same part.

Do you have a tutorial that i can do it in this domain (damping coefficient and hydrodinamic analysis)
Thanks a lot

Drag coeff (and lift coeff.) can be easily determined in Fluent. However, reference values must be specified (Area of surface, length, depth, velocity, etd.). Under Reports/Force there are obtained values of coefficients and pressure and shear forces (since drag actually consists of pressure drag and shear drag). See Andersons's Aerodynamics for best theory preview).

here are the best tutorials on Fluent (and other modules in Ansys):

good luck
