Setting your own residual equations

Hello,

I am using Fluent 6.2.36 to model heat transfer and water transport through walls, and have got UDFs to model each phenomenon. Inside the UDFs are solvers that match boundary conditions on either side of the interface, and I was wondering if I could set some more solver equations that will make the programme iterate until my own residuals fall below a tolerance?

Thank you, any help is appreciated.
