importing from solidworks 2010 to ANSYS v.13
 

when I import a solidworks 2010 saved file to ansys v.13 design modeler an error message appears and says that there is a problem

when I cancel it the model is imported .....
but
Meshing takes so so so long more than normal time for such a model

can anyone help ??
