Creating & Meshing Geometry in GAMBIT

Hi everyone,
I am working on a test-section. It has a twisted tape inserted in a circular tube. To be specific, the twisted tape is made by making some rectangular cuts on the surface (not edge) of a tape strip and then twisted by 270 degrees.
I earnestly want you to give me a detailed description of how I will create & mesh the test-section using GAMBIT.
Thanks for your anticipated assistance.

Use sweep face with twist option.
