Default Draw a backward facing step microfluidic

I'm new to ANSYS, and found hard time drawing figure above. I just managed to draw a rectangular box using extrude, however I found it hard to either trim the bottom part or create second part to merge it due to there's no selection point for it. The selection point is located at origin which is also at outlet, while I need to select point the is at the inlet. Any help is greatly appreciated.
