Is Flotran still available in Ansys 13.0?

Hi. All: I'm just wondering if it's still possible to use Flotran in Ansys 13.0?
I just happen to need the Flotran to go through some tutorial assignment.
How can I call Flotran in workbench? Thanks for your help.

ANSYS APDL has flotran, workbench does not has it
