I can't install ANSYS 14

I'm using 64 bit laptop and the ANSYS 14 is the 64 bit version.
However, when I run the setup the link to install Parallel Processing & License Manager is not active as shown in the file attached.
But, when I run this setup in 32 bit laptop, it is active.
Please help!

I don't see any attached file, but it sounds like you don't have administrative privileges on your machine. If you're using Windows Vista/7 and are admin, perhaps you have UAC turned on. If you're using UAC, please right click on setup, and 'Run as Administrator'.

100% agree with ADM poit. have same issue in the past.
so go My Comuter/computer management/local users and groups/user/... fix the administration (or google for help).

So by doing this you turned UAC off?

I did so .. works ok
