Anyone with experiance CFD'ing the flow thru distributed resistances?
My simulations get sketchy and diverge?

If a resistance, is it sufficiently meshed? Try to make sure you have at least a couple elements spanning the thickness of the volume. "Use uniform" can be helpful in this kind of situation.

looking for experiance with comments on the Head Capacity curve, values, typical Radiator characteristics... what advection scheme?

External flow with an inlet, duct, Hx, exhaust duct.
