cfdesign and pump analyses

I am doing mixed flow pump analyses with cfdesign v7 and v9. In the volume where I defined as rotating region I couldn't see any defects. Pathlines are always following the blades smoothly. Only feedback that I can obtain from the software is the torque of the rotating region. How can I benefit from other features? How can I use the outputs of a analysis in re-designing or in design of a new impeller? Thank you for your attention.
