regarding cfdesign tool
 

I am using cfdesign tool. I am solving fan related problems and solution is not converging after hundreds of iterations even though mesh is good. tool is giving some new errors and warning. Pls clarify.

How can you say that Mesh is good. Did you check the diagnostics of the mesh? More importantly did you define the problem correctly and applied the necessary boundary and ambient conditons. Pls check these. If you are facing same problem again, check the under relaxation factors. After doing all these things, if you are facing same problem read the 'Errors and Warning' carefull and try to rectify these. I hope this will solve your problem.
