mechanical is on a distinguished road
I simulated a steel cylinder that quenched in water and I can get my result in best way but now I want to change quenchant to oil but I don't have liquid and vapor properties of this oil, after many research I can find some liquid properties but I can't find any data in vapor phase, anyway I import some data for vapor phase and in interface quenching model tab I import 600 degrees of kelvin for saturation temperature and 980 degrees of kelvin for leidenfrost temperature but during calculation I saw that after about 35 seconds the cylinder surface temperature decreas about 100 degrees and it is wrong, do anyone have any suggestion to solve my problem?
