Defining a species in the gas mixture

I am having an error can anyone help?
%fire-F-CHECK_SPECIES, The Species CH3 is used in the chemistry input file, but was not defined as component in the gas mixture. How do I define the species in the gas mixture? |

Is the species defined in the therm.dat and tran.dat files?

Please check the definition of the species name in :
Modules > Species Transport > Transport Model -General > Edit names of species The name of species included in the mechanism file should be listed |
