TKE relation with Swirl

hii all....
In diesel engine simulation, after some solutions I observed that the TKE is inversely varying with initial swirl ratio. In my baseline case study i got a direct relation between this two parameters. so please suggest me other parameters which are largely affect on TKE

TKE = (3/2)x(u'^2)

u'=0.25xcm (large bore)
u'=0.5xcm (heavy duty diesel engine)
u'=0.7xcm (HSDI diesel engine-small bore)
cm=2x(stroke in meter)x(engine speed per second)
