Hi,
One of the best are Ensight, but this is quite expensive. Fieldview is also good and less expensive and very easy to use. But does not have as many features with respect to animations. There are also ICEM Visual3d. But have not been working with it. Finally, take a look at vu: http://www.cerca.umontreal.ca/vu/welcome.html It is almost free and quite nice. Hope this helps. Prostar of course, but I may be a little biased.
