Read the Gambit neutral file or mesh file into Tgrid.

From Tgrid, write out a Patran file.

Import the Patran file into Prostar.

Tgrid is another pre-processor for Fluent.

You should check with your software custodian to see if you have this piece of software.

Save your gambit mesh in neutral and in star-cd, in the command line, type the command : gambit nameofyourmesh.neu

I tried that and Prostar (v3100a) crashed.

Did you actually do this successfully?

I used this command with prostar v3100 and there was no problem. The mesh in prostar was identically as in fluent 5 and in Gambit
