Hi,

I'm trying to model the break up of a fluid stream being impinged by a gas stream, I've read through the chapters on Langarian 2Phs flow and tried a model but I can not seem to get anything useful. Any ideas on how I can do this?

Dave

Hi,

I think your problem could not be solved by Langarian-Euler 2phase method, which is suitable only for the continum and dispersed 2phase flow. But unfornately Langarian-Euler method is the prefered mehtod for Star-CD to deal with 2phase problem.

May be you can try the Euler-Euler method to calcualte your problem, which is suitable for the continum and continum 2phase flow. But if you want to do so in Star CD, you have to develop a user subroutine.
