flate plate: cf/2= 0.0359Re**(-.2) pipe: cf/2=0.039Re**(-.2)

compute friction velocity:

utau = Ue(cf/2)**.5

Ue - freestram velocity

wall functions;

y = 50nu/utau

nu - kinematic viscosity (m**2/s**2) y - distance from the wall

50 is Yplus, this can be some other number of course
