Default inviscid calculation

I am using prostar v3.10 to solve a 3d rotating rotor. The flow is set to laminar, viscous flow. In order to compare my results to analytic models i've tried to run the same model but with very low viscosity. BUT, no matter how low the viscosity was set to it did not alter the results. The main non physical results I received is a decaying wake which should not be in a laminar inviscid case. Any clue for what my problem is?
