staggered or colocated?

Hi I would like to know if all the commercial codes (in particular StarCD) are based on colocated arrangement of grids IN FVM?

Most commercial FVM codes, including STAR, are colocated, with a Rhie & Chow type of methodology to avoid pressure-velocity decoupling.
