Default create new surface

Dear Sir, I am doing meshing for intake manifold using proam I want to generate the new surface for geometry.While diong the create new surface it is destoring the surface at the inlet and outlet side of geometry.I tried differant cell length from 4 to o.05 then also same thing haaping. Can anybody help me to solve this prpblem Thank you Subhash

you have to fix the original surface first.

Dear Subhash,

You can use the custom mesh, with suitably refined in those regions.

Also make sure that you have generated Edge Lines and Points before making the surface.

Alternaletly generate the surface mesh using PATRAN and import the surface mesh.
