Re: icem and star-cd

Icem output was not available in 3.1b. You have to upgrade to the latest version.

Re: icem and star-cd

It is a "placeholder" for the eventual ICEM conversion command. It has no real code behind it until later versions of prostar.

Re: icem and star-cd

Only ProSTAR v3.103.520 can output to ICEM's Visual3. I guess it's finally out but is available only through special request. Contact your agent/distributor. At this time of writing, the newest version of STAR-CD, v3.150A, comes only with ProSTAR/AM v3.103.519.

Alternative technique: just export in Tecplot format and have Visual3 open it.
