question on cyclic B.C. for temperature

Star-CD User Guide states that for a pair of partially cyclic boundaries, the temperature specification on the outlet side is not needed. This is understandable because the outlet temperature profile can be derived if the thermal boundary conditions are complete.

In my situation, however, the outlet side temperature restraint is a must in order to make the thermal bounday conditions complete. Therefore my question comes: does STAR use the T_bulk value if I specify it on the outlet side of the pair of the cyclic (partially) boundaries?

It seems it won't by default but I am not 100% sure. Please experts here verify this to me. If it is true, how I can twist the default behavior of STAR to take the value?

Many thanks,

Jiaying
