Default Couples usage in engine moving mesh

I have a IC Engine 3D moving mesh. Valve port and valve mesh structures are different, which forces me to use arbitrarycouples between these meshes. But I get a lot of warnings as *** WARNING #007 *** SETTING T AT CELL ***** FROM -2.795E+02 TO 0.01*TREF FOR DENSITY CALCULATION

and all the cell numbers indicated are some of those near the couple boundary. After 2 or 3 time steps, the solution shows negative densities. PS: The analysis ran successfully when I used perfectly merged identical valve and port mesh structures. Any clarification is appreciated.

Regards,

Alfred Herman
