Conjugate Heat Transfer for Wall Resistance??

I have a volume of 4 by 4 by 2 meters with some inlets blowing air into it. The outer walls have a certain heat transfer resistance with a prescribed OUTER wall temperature. Do I need to switch the 'Conjugate Heat Transfer' ON?? - or is it only needed if I really have cells of solids?? Any hint appreciated - thanks

conjugate heat transfer is only required when you have solid cells.
